how fast will I actually hear back?
Within one business day, every time. Email or the form lands with a real person, and you'll get next steps plus a clear quote — not a generic auto-reply telling you we'll be in touch eventually.
do I have to come to the studio?
Not at all. Most clients record remotely and upload their tracks — we handle everything from the Fairfield room. If you'd rather record in person or set up your gear together, you're welcome at 1121 Devonshire Court by appointment.
what should I send with my first message?
Your format, how you record, your publishing cadence, and a link to one rough clip if you have it. That's enough for us to quote the real work. No clip yet? Just describe the show and we'll take it from there.
can you take on a rush deadline?
Often, yes. Standard turnaround runs 3–5 business days per episode, but we keep rush slots open. Call (707) 639-3446 with your date and we'll tell you straight away whether we can hit it.
how do payments work?
Everything's billed per project — you approve the quote up front, then we invoice. We take Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and ACH bank transfer. No on-site checkout, no surprise add-ons after the fact.
